For a long time I have not had the opportunity to write like this, on a topic that is really significant to me personally - weight-loss.
Losing weight quickly was a large stimulus in my involvement and incursion into my first raw food experience, which you may hopefully realize after reading this article, is a powerful instrument in all aspects of a healthy lifestyle.
If you do wish to lose weight, then you can consider yourself lucky that you have come across this article, and that your wish to change yourself for the better is now more than just a possible lifestyle choice, but a definitive way of life with conclusive results.
If you want to lose 10 kilos, look on the positive side because there are many people that want and need to lose a lot more than that! If you want to lose more than 10 kilos, then that’s perfectly fine too because I can tell you exactly how to achieve that! If you are asking yourself “What is she talking about?” or “How is that possible?” then that’s even better, because that is exactly what I want you to be asking yourself right now.
We generally live behind a façade, postponing our ideas of true happiness for those “perfect” times when we are at our ideal weight, have a secure relationship, have a great job etc. It’s perfectly normal to be like this! Constantly heightening our expectations and evolvement into our perceptions of a better person is how humanity strives and exists. But it is also an issue when these “perfect” goals are not reached, and our inner happiness is postponed indefinitely, which affects our lifestyle and our health. Personally I believe that raw foods are the strongest instrument in aiding us to achieve our ideal weights, and thus achieving some form of the perfect inner happiness we all desire.
From my point of view, raw food not only gets us to an ideal weight and better health, but lends itself as an instrument to achieving a succession of happier times in your life. If you are lucky enough to want to lose something around 5 kilos, then be careful because the temptation to have a small pizza or doughnut is always there. If you want to really lose weight, say somewhere over 20 kilos, then you will have to really get into a different way of life for 6 months, and continue with a healthier lifestyle from then on. It is not easy, but after those 6 initial months of struggle, you will begin to appreciate a truly healthy lifestyle and a happier way of life.
So in an ironic way, the more you have to lose then congratulations, because you will have greater motivation to stick to the raw food diet and you will truly realise the happiness than proceeds the following of such a diet. Let’s make a deal:
Don’t start following any raw food diet straight away. During the next 3 weeks, I will give you advice every single day that you may choose to follow. Each day will be another health tip that will enable you to lose weight quickly and easily. If you choose to follow this, then I can guarantee that you will reach your ultimate lifestyle and health goals.
If you choose to accept this deal, then be prepared! Each piece of advice I give you must be applied the day after, and so forth for every piece of advice I give you on a daily basis. You have the whole day to prepare yourself for following that piece of advice. All the actions you make will be part of your lifestyle for the next 3 weeks. Every day, I promise to add another tip to help you along the way. Let’s start the program right NOW!
Starting from tomorrow, wake up 40 minutes earlier than you normally do, get out of the house and go for a stroll for 30 minutes. Walk by yourself through a park or in a quiet neighbourhood, paying attention to noises around you and small details that you would not normally pick up on if you had to get somewhere quickly. Observe what is happening around you, and you will find naturally that you will become absorbed by your own thoughts too! Have an enjoyable walk!
I won’t give you the toughest of tasks. On the contrary, you will receive advice that will be easy to implement wherever you are (even on holiday if you like!). But you need to ensure that you really follow the things I tell you, so that we can work through this initial phase together.
